The Second Piece Is As Good As The First

Remember the first true love, or your first best friend. When you are young the things that matter to you the most is whom you hang out with and who you are dating. In the first American Pie we meet a group of friends. Jim (Jason Biggs), Oz (Chris Klien), Kevin (Thomas Ian Nicholas), Finch (Eddie Kaye Thomas) and Stifler (Sean William Scott).

Who made a pact to be the first to lose their virginity? The subjects were Nadia (Shannon Elizabeth), Michelle (Alyson Haningan), Vicky (Tara Reid), Jessica (Natasha Lyonne) and Heather (Mena Suvari). It was a very funny film and a box office success. Of course when I film is a hit you know it will be s sequel made.

Well guess what here is the sequel it called American Pie 2 and it reunites the cast from the first one for more laughs. American pie 2 starts off after there first year of college. Vow to keep their friendship tight over the summer. So the gang rent out a beach house and make it the best summer every. But as always whether their dreams come true or not is ultimately up to the girls as it going to be a summer they will never forget.

Well with this film release the summer of sequels is now over and let me tell you it been a great year for sequels. There has been great movie like Dr. Dolittle 2, Rush Hour 2, The Mummy 2, Scary Movie 2, Jurassic Park 3 and Finally American Pie 2. The leader of this year summer of sequels is Universal hey did an outstanding job on their film. Can’t wait till next summer to see what they will release. This year there has been a lot of gross out comedies some were good and some were bad. Like Freddy Got fingered with a film like that we need a great comedy with a good story, great acting, lots of laughs. Well American Pie 2 is the film you have to see let me tell you why.

Good

  1. The story was very good and every young adult can relate to the story and the cast.
  2. The cast was very funny and mature a lot since the last film. Everyone was the perfect pick for the film.
  3. The 3 who stole the show were Jason Biggs, Alyson Haningan and Eugene Levy. When they were on the screen you knew you were in for a laughs.
  4. The film was so funny I couldn’t stop laughing from start to finish.
  5. There were some funny gross scenes. If you think the scenes from the first one with Stifler and a cup of beer were gross. Wait till you see the scene in this film.
  6. The music was very good.
  7. The jokes did not get stale or boring. They did not drag out at all.
  8. The film did not get boring at all and it did not drag as well.

There was no bad thing I could think off.

Overall American Pie 2 was a very funny film if you like the first one you will like the second one as much as the film. Remember the second piece of pie is as good as the first. Go see this film and get ready to laugh.
