Bigger, Meaner and More Freighting. This Is How A Sequel Should Be

In 1992 a film roar into theater and it became one of my favorite films. It was called Jurassic Park and it was a box office success. Then in 1996 the second installment roar into theaters called The Lost World and it set a all time opening box office record. Well it’s 2001 and the third installment is among us and it is this year most talk about and one I have been waiting to see. 

Since it been announced it’s called Jurassic Park 3. For Dr Alan Grant (Sam Neill) the world’s foremost Paleontologists who have been studying Dinosaurs for years. Who everyone whats him to endorse there things as in this case for John Hammond who wanted Alan to endorsed his new type of park. This was a party not like any other parks and it will change Alan life forever. The park was on the island of Nublar but after What Happen on the island the island was close to the public. Eight years have pass and a wealty adventure. 

Paul Kirby (William H. Macy) and his wife Amanda (Tea Leoni) want to take a aerial tour of Island Sonia ingen site b. But they need someone who knows the island so they convince Dr. Alan Grant to join them on tour of the island. But being the smart guy of the group he doesn’t trust Paul and think something is wrong Esp. when the plane lands on the island. Just when Alan star to protest a big Dinosaur blocks the plane from taking off and making them crash land on the island. The team is stuck on the island trying to find a way off because it going to be a long Journey. 

When a film does very good Hollywood love to drag it out and make Sequels. To Take in more money. The only problem is the when you make a lot of Sequel usually are not that good compare to the Original one. But every once in a while you get a film that is just as good as the first one and not that long compare to the first one. Jurassic Park 3 is that film, this film had everything a sequel should have in it. Let me tell you why. 

Good

1. The story was very good. Just when I though it was going to copy of the second film it did not. Thanks god
2. The cast was outstanding. William H. Macy and Sam Neill are good actors.
3. The Dinosaurs look outstanding. Each year with each new Jurassic Park there are new Dinosaurs this year they out did there self.
4. The film has a lot of funny scenes in the film.
5. The Score sounds so good.
6. They did not hold back anything. Meaning in the first film when the T-Rex eat the guy of the toilet they shows him eating the guy. But in the video or DVD they cut that scene out. In Jurassic Park 3 they had some of the most Gruesome scene I have seen in all 3 films.
7. The film did not drag at all. From start to finish the film hold my attentions and keep me on the edge of my seat.
8. The Director did an outstanding job of directing this film.

Bad

1. The film is too graphics for the younger kids. There are a lot of Dinosaur eating the people.
2. The film was too short the running time was 1 hr and 30 mins, which for a Jurassic Park movie that short. The other two films were 2 hours. It was so surprising when I walk out the theater and realizing it was just 90 mins.
3. The only scene I hated was with my Favorite Dinosaur the T-Rex. I am not going to say why but when you see the film you will know what I mean.

Overall Jurassic Park 3 was one of the best sequels I have seen. Just like The Mummy Returns Universal Pictures are doing an outstanding job of making great sequels. This film is worth every penny of the admission price go see this film and have a good time at the theater.
