Great Action Scenes

In the world of cop movies you have all kind of stories. This is one of them. Kiss of the Dragon centers on Liu Jiuan (Jet Li) one of China’s top government agent who is know fr his bravery and honor who has just arrived to Paris.

He got assigned to carry out a sensitive secret mission. To assist a unorthodox police officer named Richard (Tcheky Karyo) with his mall army behind him. They covered the target but the mission goes horribly wrong as Liu thought the man he was post to help betrayed him and set him up to take the fall.

Liu is not going to lie down and let Richard walk all over him. Liu becomes trapped in a vast and deadly conspiracy where he is accused of a murder he did not do. As his only witness is an American women name Jessica (Bridget Fonda) who Richard has forced into prostitution. As the two set off to clear Liu name and go up against a cunning and Ruthless adversary. 

Kiss of the Dragon was a very good action movie. Jet Li shows us why he’s called one of the greatest action stars of our time let me tell some good and bad points about the film.

Good

1. The idea of the film was ok. But we have seen this type of story many times before.
2. The acting was ok Jet Li does ok with acting. He does great with the action scenes. Bridget Fonda was ok as well. With this type of film you don’t look at this film for the acting you look at it for the action and the stunts.
3. The action was outstanding Jet Li kicked some major butt as he usually does. But some of the villains did outstanding work as well. The action is the whole part of the film.
4. The locations were very nice.
5. The music was very good. They had some R& B and some rap music.

Bad

1. The only thing I can say bad about the movie is the acting but like I said before you go to see this type of film for the action scenes.

Rating

2. The film is rated R because of a lot of fight scenes and lot of blood.

Overall even so the acting was ok the film is still good and the action scenes will make you go ouch. Go see the film it worth the price of admission.
