Plot: Jerry Welbach, a reluctant bagman who has been given two ultimatums. The first is from his mob boss to travel to Mexico to retrieve a priceless antique pistol known as "the Mexican"

Audio: Universal does a great job on there audio formats. The Mexican has Dolby Digital 5.1 as well as my favorite DTS 5.1 formats. They use all the speakers perfectly. The sound great Esp. when a lot of the music is played.

Video: The video Quality is very good. The colors and contrast are good I Did notice some flaws mostly when they show the history of the gun. The film is presented in Anamorphic Widescreen 1.85:1.

Menus: The menus are interactive and kind of cool when you pick a thing the car take off in the intersection.

DVD Cover & Reviews: The cover of the case look like the poster with couple of reviews captions. The DVD itself look very cool it orange and has a picture of the Mexican gun on it.

Special Features: The special features on The Mexican Disc is There are 6 deleted scenes that last abut 25 mins. Most of them ok pretty good. The rest of the deleted scenes are bad. There is a 15 Mins  behind the scenes documentary that was pretty good the interviews are very good and tells the story about the movie good. The production notes was very indebt and had a video clip was ok . The last thing on the disc is the teaser and full trailer of the film.

Overall: The Mexican dvd is a pretty good disc. It has some great audio and video on the disc. It could use some more deleted scenes but overall it had some good stuff on the disc this is worth the price of it.
