Big Trouble

All Star Laugh-Fest
Big Trouble is one of the last of three films that
has been push back because of the Sep 11 tragedy. The Other two films are Bad
Company and Windtalkers they should be out later this year.
When you go into a theater and the film stars to play and
you see Jason Lee look like a god figure you know you are in for a laugh. Esp.
most of his other films are by Kevin Smith one of them film he played a Devil.
Big Trouble is a new comedy from the director of
Getshorty and Men in Black. Barry Sonnenfeld and it’s stars a ton of Hollywood
actors. The story is about a mysterious suitcase that brings together a dozen of
strangers, which includes a divorced dad and his son (Tim Allen, Ben Foster), an
un-happy housewife and her daughter (Rene Russo, Zooey Deschanel), Two funny
hit-man (Dennis Farina) that want not but to do there job, Two thugs (Tom
Sizemore, Johnny Knoxville) who are the two stupidest people on earth, Two FBI
agents (Omar Epps, Dwight “Heavy D” Myers) who will stop at nothing to get
the case. Last but not least there is a no good husband
(Stanley Tucci) who is stealing from his job and cheating on his wife
with the help (Sofia Vergara).
Everyone has one thing in common there are all in Big
Trouble.
Big Trouble was a very funny film. This is a film I
can see why they pulled it because of Sep 11 there is stuff in this film. One
scene in particular happens in an airport it they had release this film the next
week after Sep 11 there were had been a boycott.
The story was very good and I really like how the director
interacted the stars together and how the sub plots interacted with the main
plot of the story. The film has a ton of funny scenes and had a ton of cast
doing their own things that make the film even funnier.
The director did another great film like this film he did the same for Getshorty and Men In Black. The acting was very good, Tim Allen did a good job I always hear people saying his is a bad actor and his film are not that good. To me he is a good actor not a great one but good, some of his film I like for example this one, Santa clause and many others. Rene Russo was very good in her part as well as Stanley Tucci. The supporting cast was very good as well.
The cast was the perfect cast for this type of film I
cannot see changing anyone in the film or anything in the script. This film is
from a poplar book I have never read the book so I cannot compare it to the book
but after seeing the film I have to read the book.
