A Funny Film From Two Good Actors
Reality shows has been popping up on TV lately. There is
Survivor, Fear Factory and a classic show called cops, which this film is kind
of like but with comedy added to it.
Showtime is a new comedy that centers on a TV producer
(Renee Russo) who is dedicated to her job and is trying to save the company from
closing. She comes up with a new show called Showtime, which is a reality
cop film.
Which is a reality cop film that follows two cops a rookie
who is trying to become an actor (Eddie Murphy) a veteran detective (Robert De
Niro) who loves his job and is very good at his job. But because of mistakes he
has to do this show or else lose his job. So the two sets out and try to do
their best without getting they killed or fired.
Showtime was a funny film with a lot of action and
jokes. The man who invented the line You Talking To Me am with the man who talks
to animals they team up to make us laughs and trust me they do.
The cast was good Eddie and Robert was a good team. They
did great of playing the cops who hated each other but have to do what they are
required to do. The jokes were very funny and did not get boring at all. There
is a good mixture of action mix into the story of the film. I like the idea of
the film and it kind remind me of the show Cops.
