A Great Sea Movie

Know you enemy and find their weakness is the key to win any war on land or at sea.

Master and Commander: The Far Side of The World is about a war set during the Napoleonic Wars For Captain Patrick O’ Brian  Captain “Lucky” Jack Aubrey (Russell Crowe) one of the best Captain of the British Navy whale at sea there ship called  the Surprise is attacked by a superior enemy. With the ship badly damaged and much of his crew injured, Aubrey is torn between duty and friendship.

He pursues a high-stakes chase across two oceans, to intercept and capture his foe. It’s a mission that can make his reputation or destroy Lucky Jack and his crew.

Well this year is a good year for pirates of sea adventure movies after the success of Pirate of the Caribbean other films is out to capture some of the success that film did. The Next one up to bat is Master and Commander the Far Side of The World and it is a pretty good film unlike some of the reviews I have read on the internet which says this film is very boring and not good at all. Which is not true this film was good?

The action was very intense and god let me tell some of the battle screen will knock you off you seat and when you see this film go to a theater that has a great sound system because it will use the speakers a lot. The battle screen also has some very graphics screens that will make you cover you eyes I did a couple of time during the film.

The acting was very good Russell Crowe did an outstanding job as the Captain of the Surprise who was as good choice for the role and was very believable in this role. The supporting cast was also very good in their roles. This film was not boring at all even so the film is about 2 and ˝ hours and not once did I look at my watch. It held my attention from start to finish.

If you are into action adventure sea movie this is the film for you there is a lot of great battle fights and great acting. But if this is not you cup of tea still check out this film because you will like it. You will get you money worth.
