Benchwarmers

A Film Review By Clyde Ayles

HAS IT'S MOMENTS

Put ROB SCHNEIDER, DAVID SPADE, and JON HEDER together in a film and you should have a very funny movie, right? Well, at times. But most of the time we have a crude insulting piece of s--t that is just crude. I know that some people will think it's cool, but after awhile enough is enough. The three stars mentioned above are nerdy failed athletes who are forced to take on a mean Little League baseball team in a baseball competition. Along comes a local billionaire ( JON LOVITZ) who agrees to build the winning team the greatest sports stadium ever construted. There are a few funny moments, mainly from Heder and Lovitz, whose character is obsessed with Star Wars and robots. Most of the time we have the same old tired crude jokes? Wait for the D.V.D. Save your ten bucks. SEE YA AT THE MOVIES CLYDE
