"Doogal" is yet another entry into the world of computer generated animation. Sad to say, this is not one of the better ones. The characters look like they were made from playdo and have really no personallitys. The story centers on three diamonds, that as legend has it, have the power to freeze the sun if in the wrong hands. Zeebad, a very nasty villian, is accidently set free from his prison and now seeks the diamoonds so he can freeze the earth. A little girl and her dog, Doogal, try to stop him. But now the girl is frozen in a merry go round   So Doogal must dpend on his little band of friends to help him stop Zeebad and unfreeze everyone on the merry go round.  This effort has a fine cast lending their voices.  JON STEWART, WHOOPI GOLDBERG, CHEVY CHASE, WILLIAM H. MACY and DANIEL TRAY giving Doogal A very annoying voice.  The kids may like it, although when I saw it, the kids were squirming in their seats. Not always a good sign.  The studio refused to screen it in advance for the press, also not a good sign.     SEE YA AT THE MOVIES    CLYDE.
