If you have ever worked where you have a very demanding boss and are always on edge for fear of losing your job, then you can feel for Andy Sachs, a struggling journalist who lands a job as assistant to the most powerful fashion magazine editor on the planet. Poor Andy ( the beautiful and talented ANNE HATHAWAY,from the "Princess Dairies" movies), has to be on call for the whims of her very demanding boss ( superbly portrayed by MERYL STREEP). Her life is not her own, and even her very understanding boyfriend (ADRIIAN GRENIER) starts to lose patience with her.   At first Andy really cares nothing for fashion, just taking the job to further her career, starts to get caught up in the world of fashion, thanks to the help of HECTOR ELIZONDO playing the cordinator for the magazine.  But during a trip to Paris with her boss, she learns the real value of life and love and .well. you take it from here.  It is a fun film with superb acting by everyone. The photography is over the top, and the direction by DAVID FRANKEL is top notch.   The audience I saw it with wereall very pleased with the finished product.   Go and have a good time.        SEE YA AT THE MOVIES    CLYDE
