This summer there is over 10 sequels coming out fighting for your hard earned money one of them so far was outstanding it is called Spiderman 3. The next one up to bat is called 28 Weeks Later which is a sequel to 2003 28 Days Later. Horror films are a dime a dozen and to find a great one you have a better chance at the lottery. With every great one there are a ton of bad one this year we had some duds like The Abandoned, The Hills Have Eyes 2 and the Worst of the year so far called Behind The Mask. There has only been a hand full of good ones like Dead Silence, The Reaping and a few others. and then there been some that is on the borderline of bad and ok that film is this film I reviewing called 28 Weeks Later. This film centers Six months after the rage virus has annihilated the British Isles, the US Army declares that the war against infection has been won, and that the reconstruction of the country can begin. In the first wave of returning refugees, a family is reunited -- but one of them unwittingly carries a terrible secret. The virus is not yet dead, and this time, it is more dangerous than ever. When I seen the trailer for this new film I was not impress by it I though this film was going to be stupid by the trailer. So walking into this film It has some big shoes to fill I really like the first film it was great. So does this one stand up to the first film you may be asking yourself? Well it does not I did give it a 3 I was being very nice it should have gotten 2 1/2 but I did like some of the screens in the film. The story was ok nothing great. Overall I am keeping this review short 28 Weeks Later was a little bit disappointing it should have be a lot better.
