Bring A Box Of Tissues You Will Need It
Well every since I got divorce I am a
big sap when it comes to chicks flicks and films that you
know you will cried in the film. I know I am a big baby but
hey I like these types of film I didn't before but do now.
Well this is a film that you will need the tissues.
The film is called Martian Child and when I first saw the trailer for this film I said to my friend this film is going have some moments where I will cry. Guess what? I was right the film is about John Cusack as a recently widowed science fiction writer who adopts a young boy that claims to be from Mars. But the new father ignores some sage advice about the perils of parenthood from his sister and gets more than he bargained for when a series of strange occurences lead him to believe the child's claim may be true.
Well I know what you thinking this has been done many times before which it has. But this is a film that had a good meaning about adoption and no kid shouldn't be without a mom or dad. This film does show a little how it is not easy to be a parents and it is a full time job, it shows the up and down of being a parent.
Being the story is nothing new it does have a little twist to it because of the main plot of the film, the things that made the film good was the acting John Cusack did an good job of playing the widowed and you feel for him what he is going through and you what him to pull through. The other good actor was the little kid who played the part perfectly as the kid who thinks he from mars and looking for a family. You feel for him and he makes you what to adopt him.
When you pay your 10 dollars for admission you want to have a good time at the movies and when the film is great you fell like you hit the jackpot. When the story is the same like other stories the acting have to be top notch That's what you get with Martian Child you get a top notch performance from the actors that you will feel for the people.
The film did not drag at all and it was not too long. The music of the film was good and I loved the music of the trailer I have to buy the soundtrack. Overall If you are looking for a film that have some great acting look no further then Martian Child. Remember bring some tissues.
