National Treasure Book of Secrets

A Film Review By Paul Perkins

This Was  A Good Treasure Hunt

Next Year We have one of the most talked about  films to hit the big screen in years comes out it called Indiana Jones, well that is next year so to finish this year off we one one that reminds you of Indiana Jones. It is called National Treasure Book of Secrets and it is the second in the series following the 2004 box office hit called National Treasure.

Last year they were look for a special treasure that the code was in the U.S. Constitution. This time around When a missing page from the diary of John Wilkes Booth surfaces, Ben's great-great grandfather is suddenly implicated as a key conspirator in Abraham Lincoln's death. Determined to prove his ancestor's innocence, Ben follows an international chain of clues that takes him on a chase from Paris to London and ultimately back to America. This journey leads Ben and his crew not only to surprising revelations - but to the trail of the world's most treasured secrets.

National Treasure 2 Was a fun film this is a type of film that you can not take it to seriously because of all the stuff that happens in it. Like our other critic here at the kings room who did not like this film at all he gave it 1 stars. The acting was pretty good by all the main players of the film. This film does have the same cast from the first film with the exception of the villain in the first film.

There is a good chase scenes that will keep you on the edge of your seat but you expect that from Jerry  Bruckheimer film. He is know for putting some great chase and fight scenes in his films.

The story was pretty good I like the idea of the film as well I like these types of films. With Indiana Jones coming out next year it nice to see a film that uses the same style and grace like the classic film. The film was about 2 hr and 5 mins and it held my attention from start to finish. It did not get boring at all and was just as good as the first one but the first one was a better film overall. Overall I think this is a great film to check out of the Christmas holiday which is a very crowed season with 5 films coming out this week and 4 coming out next week. Make sure you put this film high on your list to check out you will not be disappointed.
