A Film Review By Paul Perkins

This is Why They Call Men Dogs

In the world of dating There are Nice guys and there are Dogs who only wants to sleep with as many women as he can sleep with without any commitment or any love. This is about one such dog. For Celebrity photographer Connor Mead loves freedom, fun and women...in that order. A committed bachelor who thinks nothing of breaking up with multiple women on a conference call, Connor's mockery of romance proves a real buzz-kill for his kid brother, Paul, and a houseful of well wishers on the eve of Paul's wedding. Just when it looks like Connor may single-handedly ruin the wedding, he is visited by the ghosts of his former jilted girlfriends, who take him on a revealing and hilarious odyssey through his failed relationships--past, present and future. Together they attempt to find out what turned Connor into such an insensitive jerk and whether there is still hope for him to find true love...or if he really is the lost cause everyone thinks he is.

This is a prime example why the nice guys always finish last. Because a lot of women looks for the guy who looks a GQ model instead one who is avenge looking and has a great personality. They Like the bad boys and of course sometime  they get hurt but it doesn't not stop them for going out again with the bad boys. This is for anyone who is very picky at what they are looking for in a mate.

The story was kind of typical you knew what was going to happen this is a film that you don't expect too much from it but this has a Christmas theme to it. It will remind you of a Christmas Carol. Matthew McConaughey was a good choice in the main role because he is a type of person who you know he gets all the ladies and you know he will play his role good as a dog and he can get want ever he want from any lady.

This the beginning of the summer movie season there will be a ton of films over the next 4 months so this is a nice way to start off the summer. For all the men there is a ton of eye candy that help to watch this chick flix. This is the type of film that you can take you date to and you will both like it. The film did not drag at all and it held my attention from start to finish. The film was pretty funny. Overall I am keeping this review short if you are looking for a good date film than this film is for you.
